I had an exceptional experience at Firestone thanks to Joel Concepcion. He went above and beyond to help me get a great deal on my tires and made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate the effort Joel put into making sure I got the best deal possible without sacrificing quality or service. I highly recommend Joel to anyone looking for tires or automotive service. Ask for Joel—you won’t be disappointed! Satisfied customer

i was a loyal firestone customer and now i’m looking for a new place. I went to get tires and when i was picking up my car they tell me all is good and im good to leave. Than a few days later im getting a voicemail that i left the store without paying and that they were going to call the cops on me for a mess up THEY made not me. they messed up on the invoice but made it seem like i ran out to not pay after confirming twice on my payment. i won’t be going back

These guys were wonderful. On our way to Jacksonville when tire light came on. Expedited repair and got us on road. Couldn’t have been nicer. Will be a customer from now on. Luis Marrero/service manager was incredible! So amiable, professional and courteous. Super pleasant especially for Miami! We are very grateful for the great service afforded us! THANK YOU!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place has stepped it up! It’s clean and they’re trustworthy! The last time I was here was in 2023 and three years later, I’m back and they now have me again because the service was done well and with honesty. Thankful for this. Javier was my service guy and he was phenomenal! If you’re a former customer, please come back. They’re way better now!

01.28.2026 I had a great experience today thanks to the outstanding help of three members of the car service team; SHANE, JAVIER & MICHELE. From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and genuinely kind. Shane took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of properly. It’s not often you feel this supported and respected as a customer, but they truly went above and beyond. I’m very grateful for their help and highly recommend this service team at this location.
